We had high hopes for this stay, especially with the beautiful venue and the promise of a local spa experience. The location is appealing, and the decor is charming. However, the disorganization and lack of attention to detail really put a damper on our visit. The noise from other guests made it hard to relax, and the overall service left much to be desired.

Staying at Riad Ghali was a delightful experience. The riad is a true oasis amidst the hectic Medina, with a beautiful terrace, a small dip pool, and unique, clean rooms filled with local artwork. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, keeping me fueled for several hours. The service was exceptional, making me feel welcomed and safe, especially as a solo traveler. However, one downside is that the pricing for airport transfers is a bit higher than hailing a taxi directly.

Our stay at the riad was absolutely delightful with excellent service, particularly thanks to Mohammed, who went above and beyond to make our experience special. The location was perfect, allowing for a peaceful retreat yet conveniently close to the vibrant center. However, finding the riad at night was a bit challenging, and my experience with one of the staff members on another night was less than ideal, which dampened my overall impression.
